Dr. Curt Scarborough, Chancellor
Dr. Curt Scarborough was installed as the first Chancellor of Pillsbury College & Seminary in 2008. Before that, he served as President of FreeWay Foundation for 24 years. As President, he founded PCS in 1991. Dr. Curt is a prolific writer and teacher and developer of the personal and practical curriculum that forms the core of our Biblical Studies program. Dr. Sharon Bartlett, Academic Dean
Dr. Sharon Bartlett became the Academic Dean of Students at the inception of Pillsbury College & Seminary in 1991. She has worked for FreeWay Foundation for over 30 years and currently serves as FreeWay’s Chief Financial Officer. Dr. Sharon is also the Clinical Supervisor for PCS students enrolled in the graduate counseling program.
